48 Hours Replacement Guarantee.
We have a 48 hours guarantee product replacement for orders within United Arab Emirates. If you aren’t satisfied with your jewellery, we welcome you to return your items to us for an exchange.
Upon submitting a Exchange Request from within your account, we wil send your instructions to return your items to us.
Please note that we have two rules for returns:
Item(s) need to be returned within 48 hours of purchase.
Item(s) must be unworn and unused and be in the original condition.
This guarantee does not cover the breakage, damage or gradual degradation of the jewellery due to normal wear.
International Returns for Exchanges
For orders outside of United Arab Emirates, return shipping will be at your own cost for an exchange. You are welcome to return your item and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
Full/Partial Refund
We do not offer Full/Partial Refund, however if you aren’t 100% satisfied with your jewellery, we welcome you to return the item to us within the 48 hours period for an exchange. Simply let us know and we will be happy to help you out. The amount will be based on your invoice amount minus shipping charges.

Upon submitting a return for exchange request from within your account or contacting us to initiate a return, we will send you instructions to return your items to us within 1 working day.
Upon receiving your items for exchanges will be processed within 3 business days.
Faulty item?
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at [email protected] and we will get the issue rectified as soon and smoothly as possible.
Fair play for everyone
To keep up the level of service provided to our customers we have to limit the number of exchanges a customer can initiate to only two items per every order. Terms of return are within OmniaStore’s sole discretion. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours and only if the item is not shipped; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
