Returns and Refunds:

1. Customers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia (KSA) can request a return or refund within 24 hours of receiving the item. For both UAE and KSA, shipping charges, including delivery to the customer and return to the store, will be applied.

2. The item being returned should be in its original condition and packaging.

3. Refunds may be issued in the original form of payment depending on the store’s policy. However, please note that a refund will be processed after deduction of shipping fees.

Exchanges:

1. Customers in the UAE and KSA have the option to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant within 24 hours of receiving the product. Exchanges are subject to availability. Shipping charges, including delivery to the customer and return to the store, will be applied.

2. Exchanges typically require the item to be in its original condition and packaging, unless there is a defect or damage.

3. If the desired item for exchange is unavailable, the store may offer a refund or another item.

For KSA, Initiating the Return or Exchange Process:

A. Customers are required to initiate the return or exchange process within 24 hours of receiving the product. To do so, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Prepare the Return Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged and all original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
  2. Locate the Nearest SMSA Express Branch: Customers can find the nearest SMSA Express Branch using https://www.smsaexpress.com/sa/map-location
  3. Obtain the AirWay Bill Copy: Contact our customer service team to obtain the AirWay Bill Copy required for the return. This document must be handed over to the SMSA Express Branch along with the return item.
  4. Return the Item: Visit the nearest SMSA Express Branch and present the AirWay Bill Copy along with the return item. Our team at the branch will assist you further in processing the return.

Important Notes:

  • Returns or exchanges initiated after the 24-hour window may not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
  • Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling fees associated with the return, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
  • Omnia Stores may have specific exceptions or conditions for certain products, such as final sale items.

B. For UAE, the return and exchange process will take around 1 – 3 days, and shipping charges will be applied.

C. For KSA, the return and exchange process will take around 10 – 15 days (normal delivery takes around 3 – 4 days), and shipping charges will be applied.

D. For countries including Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait, there is no return or exchange policy.
