If you aren’t satisfied with your jewelry, we welcome you to send your items to us for an exchange (UAE only). Upon submitting an Exchange Request from within your account, we will send you instructions to return your items to us.
Please note that we have two rules for Exchange: For eligible for an exchange, you have to submit an exchange request within 48 hours after receiving the products. Item(s) must be unworn and unused and be in the original condition.
This guarantee does not cover the breakage, damage, or gradual degradation of the jewelry due to normal wear.
International Returns for Exchanges For orders outside the United Arab Emirates, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your jewelry, we welcome you to exchange the item with us. Simply let us know, and we will be happy to help you out. The amount will be based on your invoice amount minus shipping charges.

Upon receiving, your items for exchanges will be processed within 3 business days.
Faulty item? If you have received a faulty item, please get in touch with us at support@omniastores.com, and we will get the issue rectified as soon and smoothly as possible.
Fair play for everyone To keep up the service provided to our customers, we have to limit the number of exchanges a customer can initiate to only two items per order. Terms of return are within OmniaStore’s sole discretion. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation Policy Customer can cancel their order within 48 hours and only if the item is not shipped; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer after deducting 3% of the order amount. Please allow for up to 3 – 4 weeks for the refund transfer to be completed.
