Returns and Refunds:

1. Customers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia (KSA) can request a return or refund within 24 hours of receiving the item. For both UAE and KSA, shipping charges, including delivery to the customer and return to the store, will be applied.

2. The item being returned should be in its original condition and packaging.

3. Refunds may be issued in the original form of payment depending on the store’s policy. However, please note that a refund will be processed after deduction of shipping fees.

Exchanges:

1. Customers in the UAE and KSA have the option to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant within 24 hours of receiving the product. Exchanges are subject to availability. Shipping charges, including delivery to the customer and return to the store, will be applied.

2. Exchanges typically require the item to be in its original condition and packaging, unless there is a defect or damage.

3. If the desired item for exchange is unavailable, the store may offer a refund or another item.

Exceptions and Conditions:

1. Stores may have specific exceptions or conditions for certain products, such as final sale items.

Process and Timeframe:

1. Customers initiate the return or exchange process within 24 hours of receiving the product by filling out a form on the website or contacting customer service.

2. For UAE, the return and exchange process will take around 1 – 3 days, and shipping charges will be applied.

3. For KSA, the return and exchange process will take around 10 – 15 days (normal delivery takes around 3 – 4 days), and shipping charges will be applied.

4. For countries including Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait, there is no return or exchange policy.
